Our client based in Northamptonshire, are seeking an ERP Helpdesk Specialist to join their growing business to provide telephone and remote software support for Sage 200 and other products. Hours: Full time (7.5 hours from 9am to 5:30pm). Responsibilities: To provide product support for ERP(Sage) software and associated products. To attend project handovers and resulting on-site pre-project analysis visits. To install Sage and Sage-related software. Post installation support (telephone, email and remote). Specific Products (Training available where required) including Sage 200 ERP software/Microsoft Business Central software, Sicon and Draycir Add-on modules.Skills and Experience: Enthusiasm and confidence. Good communication and organisational skills. Interest in IT. Ability to learn quickly. Helpdesk experience (an advantage). Sage 200 experience (an advantage).
